Our capacity ranges from 50 to 300 guests depending on the venue space reserved. We have rooms perfect for more intimate gatherings as well as large parties.
Are there hotels nearby?
For out-of-town guests, our venue is conveniently located just 20 minutes from downtown Frederick, which offers a wide selection of hotels and accommodation options suiting all budgets and preferences. This makes travel and lodging seamless when attending events at our venue.
Q: Is there onsite parking available?
We have a spacious parking lot onsite that can accommodate over 100 vehicles. Valet parking is also available upon request.
Do you have a bridal suite or other prep space for the wedding party to get ready onsite?
Absolutely! We offer both a beautifully appointed bridal suite and a groom’s room onsite so the wedding party can prepare for the big day in comfort and style. Each suite features ample space, natural lighting, private restrooms with showers, and other amenities to make the getting ready experience stress-free and special.
Q: When should I book my event date?
We recommend booking your date at least 6 months in advance if possible. Our calendar fills quickly for peak seasons.
